No doubt a Xantas has a powerbox fin fitting so any powerbox fin should fit. Same with the foot (assuming you mean deck plate or mast foot)..¬†Any standard deck plate / mastfoot will fit.

I have a Xantos 295,

the reason I am admitting to this is to confirm Al's comments.

A standard Powerbox fin and standard footplate will fit it.
