TEAM 15 Coaches Wanted

Hi Guys
Following the encouraging start at the Instructors Conference I think it is time we all tried to meet up to try and start putting some
of the ideas forward and making them happen!
Could i suggest that we all arrange to meet the week commencing 14th April possibly Tuesday 15th April???? I don’t mind where we
meet i am open to suggestions.
Keri i know its quite a trek for you but if you can make it that would be great (you can crash at my house for the night if you
want)
Also please invite anyone else you think might be interested in being involved. The plan is to try and setup a Steering group to get
Team 15 off its feet in South and West Wales – Some points to start thinking about before a possible meeting are
We need to qualify some individuals to become instructors / senior instructors / and Team 15 coaches so start having a thought about
possible candidates that would be interested and able to give up some time to do the courses.
Possible sites for team 15 clubs? Llandegfedd is one, possibly Llanishen, Somewhere else in Cardiff/Penarth, Mumbles and the west
(cardigan Watersports)
Once these are in place we can then start looking at getting hold of more kit through minor equipment grants and possible
sponsorship!
Please could all let me know availability and if there is a venue that we could use, Also if you invite anyone else please let me know
their email addresses so i can include them in future correspondence.
