Hi all,

after the first well succeed experience, it’s less than a month for the second edition, this year named Kite Summer Festival Powered by Opel Astra Sport.

This edition, on the 18th and 19th August at Nova Vaga Beach – Lisbon –
Portugal, will have the same concept of Summer Festival, aiming to be once more a Kitesurf promotion event in Europe, and being the best way to close the season. More than a Kitesurf contest, Kite Summer Festival Powered by Opel Astra Sport will have a lot more activities to involve everyone:

Main Sponsor Stand - Opel Astra Sport – a lot of activities and
surprises for the riders and audience

Kitecross contest – after the well succeed first edition with more
riders than the limit, the concept will be an Open contest, getting together the beginners and the experts, for whom the prize money will be a goal.

BigAir and BestTrick contest – the show off is the goal!

Kitesurf Exhibitors Stands – The best kite brands in the market.
Demonstrations of the new 2008 kites on the market. The end of season it’s usually full of surprises.

Workshops – Different activities to be experimented. Good options to be done when there is no wind like surf and scuba diving

Second hand gear – the first second hand gear fair that will reveal top business

Children’s playground – fun for the little ones

Other activities and surprises the entire event long

The applications are already available at the event’s website, besides
more information regarding what will be happening on the 18th and 19th
