New Toys.. Naish Freewave 86

Well, I knew I' was going to miss a good weekend so on Thursday I decided to have some retail therapy instead....

Not long after that decision and I had got myself the deal of the decade on a brand new 2006 Naish Freewave 86. Unfortunately they are having a bit of trouble getting it to me, but hopefully it will arrive soon. I've never sailed one so don't know much about these new 'Real World Wave' boards but hopefully it will be a decent replacement for my Mistral Heat (which could soon be appearing in the classifieds section!)... I'm not sure how I'll get on with a board that is only 214cm long as well, as that sounds ridiculously short to me.... Has anyone here sailed one before??

Collected my new Naish Hybrid Freewave 86 from the Kite Surf Wales windsurf shop tonight!!!.... Looks nice, now all we need is some wind.

Steve.. I've got your Naish Boxer 5.8 as well, so its time you made a trip to Borth!

Ahhhh.... But you lack the skills necessary for such a board!!!

Can't wait to see you have a go one day, its not as easy as it looks!...Even to go off on a down-winder.

Trouble is, I now want some more nice new boards... Could do with a 75 litre wave board and a 110 litre fast freemove board.
