A place to stay

I'm thinking of going to Devon/Cornwall of south wales for a couple of weeks over the summer for some kick ass kite surfing..
Any suggestions?

There are so many places I don't know where to start! You can't go far wrong with Devon / Cornwall / South Wales all have numerous excellent beaches for kite-surfing, although you will need to check up for restrictions, especially during the summer months.
