liverpool or south east england?

hi guys,

I obtained a job for next summer (i am a student), and i may have the choice between liverpool and south east england (between bristol and bournemouth).
which place do you think is the best for windsurfing ? which are the best spots for each of this locations ? ( 3 or 4 hours driving maximum)

what are approximately the wind stats for this summer period (i know it s not the good period but still...)
