What no wind??

Maybe I shouldn't have started this forum.... Since doing it the forecast has looked pretty bleak wind-wise. Maybe a 'DIY and Gardening' forum would have been more appropriate!

There is a decent NNW wind at the mo, but the forecast for the foreseeable future looks terrible... Cold, frosty and still for the weekend by the looks of it... Of course, as we all know things usually change pretty drastically by the time the weekend actually gets here.

I'm not complaining too much though as I have a stinking cold and lots of work to do on the weather station.

Tell me about it, its been 3 days now since I got wet!! Just about to head out now and make the most of it however. Got a new 6ft, SNS Surf board to try out, Nice!

we just enjoyed a really warm & windy october, i got a feeling its gonna be a still & cold Nov. Ying & Yang & all that!!! (hope i'm wrong though)
