I Don't believe it.....

The wind was howling all night so I got up at 4.30am in order to get a couple of hours windsurfing in before work. Got to the beach and there was a lovely 25 knot SW wind so I rigged my 5m and my wave board in super quick time, starting walking down the beach and the wind just completely died... From 25 knots to absolutely nothing in the blink of an eye.... Grrrrr! I'm just glad I didn't get on the water a few minutes before as that would have happened with me a mile out to sea leaving me with a VERY long swim back.

Yep, you've guessed it, no sooner did I get back home but the wind picked up to a lovely 25 knots SW again... I can hardly believe that it dropped off to nothing at all for the half hour I waited on the beach... looks as though it is going to be one of those weeks for me as I have to go to work now so will miss out on all the fun! Grrrrrrrrrrrr, Grrrrrrrrrr and thrice Grrrrrr.

I was up at 4.30 but to go to work not by choice.....
Johno was teasing by letting me know he was off down WSM this afternoon whilst i was stuck in work all day,
But whilst driving home at 6pm he rang to say
" got to wsm at 4 ish with 20knt west wind rigged 5.3 suited up walked out & wind dropped to nothing"
Always nice to hear that when youve been stuck in a factory all day!!!

Off tomorrow though any one
know what the sea state will be like at Bigbury???
