Easter Accomodation
Would like to get out on the water over Easter so........... anyone from the Borth Massif or Aberdovey Posse have any suggestions for
cheap and cheerful accomodation in either of these areas where I could stay complete with wife and child. Caravans B&B etc......
I'll look on the internet but a little local knowledge can go a long way !
Thanks

There are a couple of accomodation providers listed in the Beach Guide for Borth, and if you look through the old 'Borth Bash' forum
postings a few of them have long lists of caravan sites, B&B's, camp sites etc... You'll just have to phone them up and find out if
they are open.
The Youth Hostel has been popular in the past as a cheap and cheerful bed for the night.
Mention Forces-of-Nature to them if you book anything...I might try to get them to advertise on here later in the year!

I also just noticed that some of the ads down the side of this thread had links to holiday cottages and such like as well... They do
change each time the page loads though so its pot luck whether you'll get one in Borth from that!...

the youth hostel is very good in borth but it will cost you a joining fee of around £10+ per person for the year; pebbles Band B
has been used by the bok and others and received good comments.
might be a bit cold to camp this time of year as easter is so early; should be second week in april or abouts.
you could try a search on google for ccaravan hires in the area, or better still by a van!

Thanks for the information guys will have a look at the possibilities and try to get a seal of approval from the "ball and chain".
I like Neils idea of the Van but finances and parking space rule that one out unless those six little numbers come up this weekend !
Maybe see you out on the water over Easter.
