Chicken Loop
I'm just adding a new Naish chicken loop with safety to my older bar that didn't have any safety. By the time I put a knot in place
(being a rock climber there is no problem with chosing a good knot) the length of available rope for the bar to slide up and down on is
slightly less than the old spliced one. Is there an optimum length for this ?
regards,
Mark

just ajust it to the length of your arms; ie what feels comfortable when riding, providing that you can fully power up the kites and de
power it it will be ok.

You could just put a larks head knot and stitch it, it'll look neater, and use less rope. Its the knot that holds not the stitching, I
use whipping twin to stitch mine.
