Mex Bandit, it was at Ashton court on the top,(dunno if this is 'the Downs').... was an alright aftrenoon out.

Nope, thats not the 'Downs'... The downs are on the other side of the River. The kite festival used to be on the Downs, but moved a few
years back as it was getting to be a bit big for the Downs.
Its about time I went back to Bristol and went to one of these events... I haven't been to the Balloon Fiesta, Kite Festival or Ashton
Court Music Festival for years!
