video from Aug BH
I was messing around with my camera on the beach yesterday and took some video footage.... I'm now learning how to compress it etc and
get it web-ready, but as a taster, heres what conditions on the beach were like yesterday.... I've 'over-compressed this particular
clip to keep download times down, so it is sadly lacking in quality, but you'll get the idea!!

Ok, I seem to be getting the hang of my ancient copy of Adobe Premiere and the various compression settings for quicktime movies....
This one still isn't great quality, but at least its less than 1MB in comparison to the 30MB original...
Dave, windsurfing on the seafront with the water doing its best impression of Weston-Super-Mare...

All I need now is to get the hang of holding a 420mm lens relatively still in a Force 7!!

Hmmm, first one works fine, but second one just sits there like a still photo. I am at a customers installation so don't have full
control of the network, but they have an 8Mb pipe and I have an 802.11g card so I should not be suffering from download speed :-(
Is there wind on the way??

I can see them both
I can assure you I was as uncomfortable as I look
I am amazed that the clip lasts so long without me flying around the front of the board

I seem to have 'lost' the end of Daves clip (I wonder how much he paid me to do that!!)
But heres a stylish dismount by Sarah..... I'll have to make sure I get a decent catapult on film next time!

I gave you plenty of chances to catch a catapult - so don't blame me!!!
Sarah does fall off gracefully doesn't she.

That's a great addition to the site. Makes me even madder that we didn't travel to Aberdovey last weekend.
