put a ding hole in my Acid wave yesterday so had to borrow a wave board today . Nobby lent me a vintage Mistral Eruption 78l and stuck
the Ezzy wave 5.5m on it . Swansea Dan was a bit miffed telling it was pissing him off as I blasted past him on his trendy new north
superstar/ F2 maui on an ancient kit.
Hey, theres nothing wrong with a Mistral Eruption.... Thats been my best board for a while now!!...Although, with the amount of filler
and such like in mine I don't think its 78 ltrs anymore... Well, it might be at the start of a session if its had a few days to dry
out, but it soon takes on a fair bit of water during a session... I'll get a new one soon, but I'm still a little dubious abou the
strength of modern boards. How many 2004 boards will still be going strong in 10 years time??
