Wind on the way

It seems ages since we had a decent blow, and there's nothing significant on the horizon either, but it is supposed to pick up to a useable level for the second half of this week.

Should hopefully get to try out my new litewave 125 board properly.

Whats happened to all the proper gales?? I know its the summer, but that doesn't usually make much difference in this country!

Al.

I might get out on Friday.

I'll probably take the day off to avoid the traffic from the Three Counties show, just opposite where I work :-(

See ya on the beach Friday afternoon, if the wind's looking ok.

Well, its arrived. It took its time today, but arrived this evening. I started off with a 17m kite, then a 15m, then got the 11m out and then went windsurfing well powered up with my 5.7m

Its picked up even more now, so lets hope it holds... Might go in for a dawny tomorrow morning at around 5-6am (so that I can get to work for 8am) if anyone is up for it??

Forecast looks OK all day tomorrow and Friday.

Al.
