Its how good you felt during and after the session!
Did it make you go.... "Ohmy GOD That was AWESOME I want to do it again...NOW!!!"
or did you feel like "that was total pants... i should have stayed in with a mug of horlicks and a good book!"
Well thats my interpretation anyway!!

Thats about hit the nail on the head.
Basically, if you haven't worked it out yet, when you enter a diary entry you give the session a rating (1 to 5 stars) and then all
these added up over a month give you your stoke factor... The more sessions you have with a good rating the more stoked you feel... If
you have only had one crappy session this month then you ain't gonna be too stoked!!
I'm doing quite well this month it has to be said!!
