Nice one Bodhi...is that on a special track, or just a local hill??
Its about time I learnt all the names for these grabs and things too... how can I attempt them whilst kite-surfing if I don't even know
what they are called!!

It's at a centre in the north, infact the only centre in the north, in Halifax. It not very good, but they had a big ramp and we just
gave the grabs a go. Apparently this is an indy grab (trailing arm on front edge) the other one i know is a melon grab (leading arm on
rear edge whilst kicking board up towards your bum) there's tail grabs too which are self explanitory.
I can't believe how high you got in that picture in the "look at me" forum, i'd be a lot more concerned about landing and not on my
head, to find the time to consider a grab.

Bodhi...Its surprisingly easy to do jumps kite-surfing. The one in that photo is nothing special. I guess its nice to get them on film
though!!
My landings aren't that clean yet, but I'll get there. I do 'sail' (if thats the right word) away from them, they just aren't very
smooth. It doesn't really matter though as water is pretty forgiving.
Will you and Thodd be coming to the Forces of Nature BST Beach
Bash on the weekend of 27th-28th March? There should be plenty of kites about.

Yep, sounds good to me. I need to get details off that Dave guy, I read on one of the messages that he can do Borth to sale in 2.5
hours. We need his route Thodd, assuming that he's not in a helicopter!
