Looked like another lovely afternoon of 5m sailing in the offing. But. Got changed, and my wetsuit zip exploded. Now, to be honest, I started thinking about replacing the suit 18 months ago, almost did last autumn, and the zip has been sticking for a few weeks, but I was hoping it would last until warmer weather. Oh well, it has done me well. It was a Spartan XTR, and I've ordered a Spartan Extreme Dry to replace it. That should bring on some warm weather !
