If you are now in a BST timezone and want the time on your posts to be correct then you need to update your timezone settings..

Goto 'Your Control Panel/ Options' from the link in the header, then 'Edit My profile' and change GMT to GMT + 1:00hr.

Don't ask me why its like this, I didn't build that bit!!

Of course, you don't have to change it, you can merrily post away in GMT time if you like, it won't really make much difference
