Anyone know how the guy who got slammed into Daz's van is?

All I know is his name was Steve, the guy that was looking after him seen his face before, he's a windsurfer.

just spoke to Col and found out it was Steve Gissmo and pikey Daz's van. hope you get well soon Steve
