No wind, no waves and everybody shuts up.... Someone must have at least been doing some interesting DIY!!!

I think gardening is the order of the day today.... I've been out doing battle with an overgrown garen with my new brushcutter....

Car crash followed by rushing pregnant wife to hospital, leaking washing machines that leave the house smelling like someone has died
and a fairly terminal break down in the 'other car' have kept me busy.....DIY suddenly does not seem such a bad weekend event
Still it could have been worse....if it had been windy I would have been really miffed
Well, just after posting that message yesterday I wandered over to the beach only to find a nice 2-3 foot surf rolling in, so I got out
on the water after all!! 
Sean... Who Crashed the car?? How is Jane, I take it you are not a proud father quite yet??

Ooooh... Looks like the wind is picking up here at the moment. think I'll go and check on the surf too. 
BTW, we've now made it to 400 diary entries and just over 2000 posts in the forums, so, although its been a litle quiet lately Joner,
we're not doing too badly. Thanks to you all, and keep it lively!!

Bad week update for Al
Jane staopped at a junction and was hit by the car behind. Jane suffered some internal bleeding,but is generally OK after some Anti-D
injections.
Three months (approx) to go until I become a father.....hope to get some good sailing in before then!
PS Windy here this afternoon, but the windsurf carrying car is still at the garage waiting to be fixed
Where the hell did this wind come from! 
Was at brog today nicely planinning on 8.5 and big boardt when things just went mental! started blowing 30 -40 mph ! and guess who
got caught up the other end of the lake with 8.5 sail boy was it hairy getting back was kind of water start with just puting one foot
on board and leting everything drag in the water.
would of been nice if but i left small kit at home
people complaining about being over powered on 5.5 sails
