a quick report on a set off mtb lights i purchased from the usa
the lights are called magicshine from a company called dealextreme
in the box is 1 lamp,1 battery pack and the charger
went for a 2 hour ride sunday night and used them on full power( claimed 900 lumens )and it was super bright,they claim to last three hours on full power.

Sounds interesting, especially as something equivalent would be getting on for 4 times the price here.
