Night Ride
This weeks night ride is on Wednesday 12th November in the Dyfi Forest. There should be an fairly full moon so if the weather is good
it should be a perfect night for it. Meet in the Ceinws car park at the ClimachX trail head for 7:00-7:15 start. We'll ride the
ClimachX trail plus Elephant and possibly the Builth/Hazels or final descent of the Dyfi Enduro depending on time and conditions.
As far as I am aware there is still one set of lights available as the other has been sold recently. Let me know if anyone wants them
as they need to be charged up, which takes a good 12-24 hours, and you will need a bottle cage mount on your bike.
Weekend Rides
There will be an early morning ride this weekend - we'll check the weather forecast on Thursday before committing to a date, but if
possible it will be Sunday to potentially allow a few more riders to come along. Meet at 6:30 am at the war memorial in Penrhyncoch
for a ride up and choice of trail afterwards. This will be quite a chilled ride, maybe doing a bit of an explore on trails we've not
ridden for a while.
General Info
There is a group of 10ish transient and 4-5 regular “hardcore” riders who join in on these rides in and around
Aber/Mach.
We will ride for 2-2¬? hours depending on the people who join us, at a social pace. Please feel welcome to join us at any time.
Nant Time Trial
The Aber-MTB Nant Time Trial will be on Wednesday afternoon as usual. 2pm start at the Pendam car park.
