I'm 100% ignorant about kitesurfing but my boyfriend is obsessed by it! Both his birthday and our 1 year anniversary are just around the corner and I was wondering if you experts could advice me on some cool new kitesurf gadget I could get him as a present. We live in the Mexican caribbean, from what I hear the wind season here is from October 'till July. During that time, he kitesurfs every weekend. It doesn't matter if the gadgets are only available in the States, I can get them there. PLEASE! HELP ME!!!

There are'nt really any 'gadgets' for kitesurfing. You have a board, kite, harness and that's it.

All you can do beyond that is change individual items within the list. The only 'non' standard add-on would perhaps be a kiteplate for fixing a leash to.

These are available on ebay for a few pounds ( so not many dollars either ).

How about an anemometer?

Always a handy thing to have and the perfect gadget.
