A nice ride from our house, out to Tre-Ddol and then up a brutal hill along some nice double track followed by a long slog up forest road to the top of Artists Valley before attempting a very technical (for me anyway) descent through the woods.

Perfect day for it.


Where was the down hill leading to, I like the soud of it!

If you click on the image you'll see a larger view of the route I took (along with an elevation trace and my heart rate etc!)... The tricky steep descent is the bit through the forest at the far east side of the map.
