Thought I'd better get this post in before Shem does, but i had another little adventure out there today when my mast extension snapped
leaving me with a big swim.
Shem was still on the beach (I thought he had gone to work) and although he could see my kit through his binoculars he couldn't
actually see me so called the coastguard. I did manage to swim back in dragging my kit unaided so just managed to evade them, but the
boys in orange weren't far away!

Al,
Nice one.
One day you're gonna have to write a book, "The amazing adventures of Al on the high seas" ;-)
You've had you fair share of adventures too Andy... I seem to recall you having a welcoming party from the RNLI not too long ago!!
Al.
Yes, how could I forget !!! They have both our names in the book now.
Notice last time out, how I was keen to walk back along the beach to let you know I was going to be sailing into the estuary, just
incase you were thinking of making a call ;-)
I'm hoping for wind next Saturday, I might have a rare free day at a weekend !
