From 10pm till 11.30pm tonite its Bjorn Dunkerbeck for the Extreme Legends compitition,Worth watching or videoing. oh its on 422 on sky incase you didnt know?

Think yourself Lucky Sean... we only get BBC1, somtimes get BBC, HTV is OK as long as no one stands up, and S4C is pretty bad reception and in Welsh!!
