Alan the weather station seems to be stuck since last evening.

Hmm, must have been something at your end as I was away so couldn't give it a nudge... I don't think it has been down though as it doesn't get itself going if it is!

not too sure Al lately it seems had been working a bit strangely (remember the compass? ahahahah). It was stuck for good 10 hours when I posted but then as you say it was from my end? Although I ws also checking from mobile phone and was the same...any way what it matters is that it is working now and that I got into the water for good 2.5 hours. A trip I would have doubtfully done as there was no wind anywhere, estuary apart

Glad to hear that it worked out in the end.... That wind in the estuary is always worth a punt, but better if you can check the weather station first.

Maybe there was a blackbird sat on it as there is often one sat on the pole next to it!

ahahahha I ll let that black bird off with it yeah weather station helps a lot especially when there is that 10-11 knots forecast either E or NW! Hope to see you soon on the water at some stage.

All sorted... It wasn't a bird this time, just the ancient power supply at Ynyslas that keeps cutting out and turning the PC off.. I thought they'd fixed it a couple of years ago but we still get more power cuts than we should - such is 'life on the edge'!

There was a slight interruption to normal service this morning thanks to another power cut. All OK now.

Looks as though a powercut yesterday may have turned the the weather station PC off.... I've only just noticed but will reboot it later.

Weather station was stuck this morning today... Thankfully Michele let me know and Morgan was at home for Half Term so I got him out of his bed to restart the PC... All should be OK again now.

Yep, ended up good once the rain had gone through yesterday. Looking good for the next few days as well and then that might be the end of the winds for a while. Maybe Spring is on its way.

it looks like so! I will be out tomorrow but I will check next few days, if not too Baltic I will get out as I am off from all travelling etc this week.
