I was hoping for more wind than this. 10-15 knots and quite southerly at the mo. Not enough for me. Guess I'll have to go for a surf
ski paddle instead.
Al.
That may have done the trick.... 5 mins after posting and it's now 20 knots... Just another 5 knots to go and it'll be worth going for
a windsurf.
Al.
I ll come down to have a look and see what the situation is Al
even if weather station only measuring 12 knots
Just got back from a 90 minute paddle on the estuary. Lots of rain and quite windy but still not howling.
It always feels windier in the ski as it is pretty unstable at the best of times so any chop makes it a challenge. Hardest part is
carrying a 6.2m long wind-catching piece of fibreglass up and down the beach and then getting onto and off the camper. All done though
and a decent session.
Coffee, cake and then a run I think. Hill reps up and down the Clettwr Valley for me.
If it fills in properly later I might go for a windsurf.
Have fun.

Yeah, story of our lives... Sounding a little better out there this morning. I'll pop ovr once it's light and take a look. Hoping to
get an earlyish windsurf session in and then head into the hills on a bike.

20 + in the estuary with 40knots gusts..looks inviting... how cold does it feel there Alan if you are about? Tomorrow looks the same with very low temperatures but sun and wind...
Not there at the mo..... But windchill is making it feel around minus 8¬?C
