Hi, Windguru showing fairly good westerlies for Thursday till Saturday - how good will the estuary be in these?
Also, what will the sea conditions be? Bumpy / waves?
Thinking of getting out for the first time at the coast this year so want to make the right choice of board / sails.
Cheers
Andy
Estuary will be pretty gusty in a Westerly but seafront will be good... If it is dead westerly then it's actually a pretty easy place
to sail as you can blast up and down in the shallows without having to ventrue out too far into the waves.
Al.
I'm hoping for a kite surf session or two on the seafront later in the week if the westerly forecast holds... Fingers crossed...
Neal.
Would be good... I quite fancy blasting down to Borth in a decent westerly and sailing around the new sea defences.
Fingers crossed for a little more wind than is currently forecast.
Al.
Tomorrow morning looks promising at the mo as well.

Looking fairly promising for this afternoon (Weds) And I don't need to do the school run so might get out for a sail. Anyone else
planning to be out?
Al.
Hi Al,
I'm marking student assignments this morning but was thinking of coming down around 1ish for a break... if it looks like building a bit
that is...

It does seem to be building at the mo ... I might give it an hour and then get out for a sail.. Looks lovely out there with the sun
shining as well.
Al.
Lets go - I'll see you there Neal.
Al.
Well it was good for me Al but not enough breeze for you I guess... a little light to begin with but the wind built mid/late afternoon and was great with a largish kite. Perhaps it will be better tomorrow, but I can't get down till after 4 due to work meetings. We'll see...what Nature brings.
Yeah, not enough for me whilst I was out, but it picked up later. Blowing a hoolie here now which is typical, but the gardening did my
back in so no chance of another attempt at a session.... Maybe tomorrow.
Al.
Right, lets try again.
Al.
Looking OK all weekend - and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for that matter - Happy Days!!!
