Thinking about making the trek over tonight, hopefully be there by 6pm ish. Whats the craic with the tide there tonight? Will the lagoon be on for some windsurfing?

There won't be enough water in the lagoon until probably about 8pm... I was out there last night and it was pretty sketchy before 7ish.

Wind has eased off quite a bit in comparison to this morning as well.

Think I'll come down anyway and have a look. Too nice a night to hit the gym, and g'friends mates coming round to talk about make up and stuff...

If you did come down you probably didn't get out. Wind dropped off completely around 7pm.

Did make it down, and had a kite for an hour or so in some dropping winds! Good fun though, and you guys are lucky to have that on your doorstep. No complaints though, great sunset and pretty warm, too.

This weekend was awesome, some fantastic waves up the coast and surf on Sunday in some unpredictable but when you're on them fun peaks!
