it's about time i brought the beast of a ski out to play..question is (probably for Al) launching....can you still launch from the lifeboat station if so how much, also i heard about a ski club launch from the boat yard by the level crossing, again how much...if Al, chris or any locals know can you let me know..

by the way its a quiet three seater four stroke 160bhp to be exact..any info i would be grateful and you can sit on the ski if your good!!

You can definitely launch from the Lifeboat Station, but I don't know the cost, and I'm not sure about launching from the Boat Yard.

Of course, this does mean we'll have to get the anti-jetski missiles out.... Unless of course I can have a go!!!

Yes you can launch from the boat yard Col, theres also a direct road through to there from the estuary car park which saves going through the boat yard, can be a bit soft at times though.

Its actually rented by the a water ski club, which I think is based in Coventry!! Bizare, you have to join and then you get a key for the gate. Try Paul the harbour master in Aberdyfi for there contact no, or the ynys las centre.

You can contact the Ynyslas Reserve Visitor Centre on 01970 871640, whenever they are open.

Or contact the warden by phoning 01970 828551.
