smaller kite especially once xmas is out the way.
Cheers, looking forward to a good weekend
col and me should be up friday evening if all goes to plan
have fun dudes, I won't be playing till the new year : (( I sitting looking at my new 6 m too!
reckon I might give newborough a try on Sunday given current conditions.
Currently favouring Dovey myself - high tide on sat is 10:40, and reasonably big one too, so no beach Borth side for the windiest part
of the day!
Be down fri evening, so looks like real ale, flush loos followed by a trudge across the dunes and some seryus 9m Ocean Rodeo fun
Ye the tides are huge, due to the big swell, big wind and huge tides, theres gonna be no beach virtually all day. Might try the old broad water for a blast again?
Shem If you are around Friday I may come over first thing as I have the day off. I will drop you a line.
at least we can launch on the golf course at borth side if there is no beach
will be up fri night. looks, em interesting conditions .
i hope nicks around because nooooo way will he be going out in them conditions, so we might have a kite bitch on the beach all day(
looks like its gonna be scary).
i suppose its ok for the 8m sonic boys (I WANT ONE ):
see ya on the beach
I will be holding on to my 11 sonic
i'll be up friday night at borth in big norm, last outing for him, did i hear it's 20m weather saturday, wonder what size i'll be on

Lagoon was good this afternoon at dyfi, started working about 12.30 ish. Shame I was on a minger of a kite!?
Forecast isn't quite as good as it was now.... Should still be enough in the afternoon though and probably better for most people.
Al.
Hmmmm... Not looking anywhere near as good now... So much for the promised 40 knots!
Al.
It did manage gusts of 40 knots though.
Yeah, almost in the squalls which were pretty mad at times!
Al.
pretty mad gusts.. i was going to come in and change up a size for more height
I was going to go back out for one last run before the sun went down. Launched got lofted 10ft before I got to the water. That I took
as a warning and went down thw Dovey Arms.
Shame there no wind sunday though!
In actual fact, Sunday ended up being windier than Saturday, but not until it got dark!
Al.
Yep it sure picked up over here as well. Oh well
