Hi guys, I've recently set up a surfwear company in the UK, we have some really cool designs and good Ideas, the only problem is unless
your one of the big boys none of the stores want to know! To help support a couple of surfwers log on to www.hours-surfwear.com and
then hastle your local stores to buy our stuff. you never know, If we get enough interest we may sell direct from our site!
Cheers
Chris, hours UK..
would it not be a good idea to sell direct from the site straight away......
Probs.. just finding the cash is quite hard.
Chris
hey pretty cool site darlin, maybe a suggestion i dont know but pics of the actually clothin might help?
zel x
Yeah, it certainly needs some more info, at the moment we don't really have a clue what you make / sell etc.
I'm sure you're working on it though.
Lots of the 'biggish' name surf brands in the UK started out in much the same way as you (Saltrock, O'Shea etc.) I guess its hard to
keep it low key and make enough money... unless of course you are going for world dominaton!!!
Online selling would be a good idea, You wouldn't need much cash to do that surely? I'm sure Al and his 'Tsunami Site Design' company
would be happy to give you a quote for an online shop. His recent site for the Aberystywyth surf shop looks really good.

Cheers for all you replies, good news for us is that we now have one confirmed supplier for '04 and a second one TBC today. the only
problem with having an on line store is now that we have buyers they will not be happy about selling direct. maybe we need to find and
online sotre such as boardshop to stock our stuff. In the meantime we're of to cornwall next week to try and get some more shops
interested. Zel, if you want to check the site we now have some pics of the clothes, it's only limited but it's a start!
Cheers
