Hello from a newbie. I do most of my sailing on a puddle known as Brogbrough in bedfordshire with the odd trips to the south coast.

I have a feeling that Adam sails at Brogborough.. Mind you, thats if he still 'sails'.

I bet its cold in the lake at the mo?? Brrrr...

Yep its a bit on the chilly side, mainly the hands and feet that get cold (treated myself to a nice new wetsuit so that bit was ok).
Then again the water at brog is always cold even in the middle of "summer".

I was out on the sea here yesterday and it wasn't too cold. My hands were a little cold, but not as cold as they have been....They didn't actually hurt yesterday, despite the 40 knot Northerly winds.... Strangely, there was no-one else on the beach.

Yep.... But theres only one Force-of-Nature at the moment (Paul) and you still have a while to go to get there!!!...still, you're way ahead of the rest of the competition, and seem to do fairly well in the Diary Hall of Fame most months too.

Just about to check the diaries now to see if you got out this weekend.
