I couldn't get in the water last week when we had some surf (not much time and my back hurt too much), but I did take some photos instead.
Had a little play with the zoom on my camera too:
This is where I was sat.
This is the camera on maximum optical zoom!
I like it!

I like the middle one Al, looks like a baby mundaka, that is if you squint a bit and close one eye!
It rides like baby mundaka when its good as well. A friend of mine came back from Mundaka a few winters ago, and on his first day back trap was solid triple over head and glassy!!!! He was one of 3 guys in the water, and he recond trap was the heavier wave!!
jeez, that's unreal! I went to Mundaka a while ago, but it was flat, looks so perfect when it's on though.
Looks damn cold though! need to get myself a hoodi.
That second picture just reminds me of my last few years in Aber as I had a view of the trap from my bedrooom window in South road.
Absolutely stunning views on nice still days; if only I could start uni all over again!

Hey im new to this forum and im hopefully going to aber next year. i love kayak surfing and just wonderin if there are alot of them around or are they all surfers. thanx
Yep, there are plenty of kayakers too... The university has a club and there is a club in town as well, so there are often people out
surf kayaking at Trap and at Borth as well as other places along the coast.
See you out there soon!
