Anyone windsurfed or kitesurfed here? Did a reccy on Sunday cos i was told it was good in a NW but it was bang onshore*.

Do people sail out in the main sea or across the estuary bit across to gwbert? Cant see how a NW can possibly work out to see - it was bang onshore...and the tide was out so couldnt tell if cross shore in the estuary mouth bit (opposite the car park) would have worked....any feedback from those that have been there?
