out of action for week crashed and burned friday gone and waiting for the wound to heal !

It still hasn't arrived yet... Apparently they couldn't find the one they said they had in the warehouse, so I now have to wait for them to get one from a shop in cornwall.... A Hybrid Freewave the same as the one I snapped rather than the Pro Wave.

I was out on the trails again today, getting away from all the tourists. It'll take a while to get any fitness back but its all good fun.
