anybody out? fancy a session in the estuary from about half 12 al? looks like there could be wind.

Yeah, looks good at the mo... I've got shed loads of work to sort out, but if I get on top of it tomorrow I'll be out on Tuesday.

Not sure about the estuary though, if theres a decent 25 knot SW then I'll be out in the lumpy stuff!

yeh windguru is saying sw, bbc say w, i'm hoping for maybe nw!

i'll be in the estuary if i can talk mike into coming out too, don't fancy it on my own, bit too cold still to enjoy it without some company!

unless of course you change your mind and enjoy some flat water!

Wind looked good erlier. averaging 22 knots for a while but has dropped right off to 6 knots at the mo.. Lets hope it fills back in for midday.

metcheck says 80% chance of snow on thursday morning, not a sign of snow on any other site though. fingers crossed!

did you get out today al? looked pretty grim...

hopefully secured me another year in aber... applied to do a PGCE in secondary science (physics) next year!

You'll end up like me.. I only came here to do a degree, then taged a 3 year PhD on to the end of that, drew the Phd out for 5 years, then built a house and it looks as though I'm here for the long-haul!

It wasn't windy enough for me to get out today, of course, it's blowing a hoolie out there now that it dark... average speed of 24 knots at the mo and gusting to 32.5 which is properly windy... Grrrrr, why couldn't that have arrived at midday!

Woohooo... 10 minute average wind speed is now 37.5 knots.... Blowin' a Hoolie!!
