Does anyone think there might be a chance of me having my first go at windsurfing tomorrow? I am supposed to be going to Borth so I am
going to go surfing or windsurfing. I looked at windguru but I am not really too sure about what makes good wind for windsurfing. By
the way, I think I will be going on the estuary if I windsurf. Can any locals give me some advice? Thank you, James.

i might be out in the estuary tomorrow too if the wind turns up, a light breeze should be fine to learn in, i'm still learning myself
come and say hello if you see me!
Probably not the best day tomorrow. High tide is around 9.30 am so by midday there won't be much water left and what will be there will
be moving pretty quickly as the tide ebbs. The wind isn't looking great either, W-SW and very light by the looks of it.
Of course, if you are deperate to get wet, then as long as you keep an eye on where the tide is taking you and don't venture out
anywhere near the point and the main channel in front of Aberdovey then you should be OK and it will be better than doing nothing.
Have fun... I shall be at work so won't be joining you.
Al.
Oh, thanks for the advice. I may be out, if not I will be surfing. All I have to do now is convince my parents the water is lovely and warm. Easier said than done. I will say hello, if I can work out which one you are. I can't believe I still haven't used my gear.
