it doesn't seem too far on the map, but I don't know how good the road is between the 2 - aber and borth look like 'local spots' but I am yet to sample them - can anyone give me an idea how long it would take?
Ive travelled from Ludlow way once or twice to Aberywtyth, should take around 2 hours. Newtown you can do in 45 mins, Rhayader you can do just over half an hour and Ludlows should be around an hour or so from Rhayader so 2 hours max.
yup 2 hours,
ludlow - craven arms - newtown - llangurig - aber/borth
and the roads are generally pretty easy going, they've all been resurfaced recently too.
i'm a bit lost now! Trying to work out from that how newtown and rhayader fit into the equation from ludlow?!
Are they windsurfing spots too and are you suggesting I go there instead?
cheers
Paul (great avatar by the way!!)
No - You can either go via Newtown or Rhayader but follow Robs route as thats the best. For windsurfing, head to Borth, youve either got the estuary or if your competent enough, go out on the seafront.
