there seems to be a bit of an issue with solent sailboards and their mail order section. ive just had a friend buy a sail from them by post and what arrived wasnt what was advertised. now solent wont pay for it to be returned, not exactly going to help their mail order business
That doesn't sound good.
To be fair I have had pretty good service from Solent in the past - the owner is pretty hot in trying to sell you something but I guess
he is just trying to earn a living. I have always gone to the shop in person - I like to look touch and feel what I am buying.
glad to say problem has been sorted - still had to pay postage for the return of the sail tho
