Chest still hurts... I shall take today off and take it easy for the rest of the week.

Will probably be at work but not out playing this week until my chest feels as though it is back to normal. Guess I'll have to go for a ride or something soon to 'stress test' it.. Maybe not on my own though just in case!

This week is the first really tempting week, winds back and weather's pretty good.

Think I'm gonna give work a miss on Wednesday and get my first session of the year in. Maybe dyfi side but will decide on the day WNW or NW will have to see.

Who is making the trip this weekend ? Wind looks good, but xcweather suggesting snow for the evening ? Early day view yet, but fingers crossed it will be worth driving over for.

Certainly going to be cold saturday night, but aim to make the most of the wind in the day as sunday is looking to drop off to nothing now.
