are you in France? if so find a kite school near you and get advice from them; we dont work in E in england we use £ . second hand gear is very cheap IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT AND FOR, IF NOT GET ADVICE FROM LOCALS and be safe
