So what's the chances of Ivor this w/e ?

It's an easterly flow with some sun , so maybe early doors in the estuary ?!

Anyone heading to the beach ?

general wind forecast is pretty light but with reasonable sunshine.
deliberating as to what to do...

ye, Ive got 4 grands worth of specialised booked up and so has martyn, around the same time as you. However if its nice Im going camping, so not sure if Ill make it back in time, but well see. Winds looking good so Ill be down at yours for 9am, you still playing??

Yep.... I'll probably head to the estuary in half an hour... 8am so I'll see you there as Ivor is on form at the moment.... 30 knots.. Woohooo!

Not looking brill, but I might do a bike ride - Coedy or maybe Cader on sat, then pitch up at Borth sat nite and keep my fingers corssed for some Ivor-related entertainment sun morning.
So - who's up for a trundle over Cader - Nick - your legs will shrivel if you spend all your time on a motorbike - don that lycra and tone up those thighs....

i'll be about.......we're doing a race experience day on saturday until 3pm up near bala somewhere so i
don't think i'll be able to fit my mtb in the car.

i just hope there's some wind left for sunday....see you all there.

I hope this wind holds on for you guys, its been a classic week down here. Im gonna head up the coast camping for the weekend, so wont be making it for the bike ride al.

yea i'll be riding the forest tracks on sat, no doubt nick will come up with another excuse as to why i lapped him again, and i'll be running my bike in after a rebuild..

ha, ha. Carrying an injury as well now, handlebar end to the chest. Right on my heart. Think i've bruised a few ribs. On the upside it only really hurts when my heart beats

well it had to happen sooner or later, stil did more laps than you so nah nah nar nar..

great day, i think that quick lap we both did before the race did me in, as soon as i stacked it in the race all my strength went, and then fell of again upside down stylee..

great day great laugh, can't wait for the next one...


To anyone reading this..the organisers actually asked me to come in and to stop doing so many laps as they don't like to see nick cry..(again)

not during the race you did'nt.....

in order to beat me you have to go slower..how are you gonna manage that.....lol

there was deffinately more chance of you crashing out at that speed than actually finishing....

i can imagine your panic as you were lying there admiring the scenery knowing that we were only moments away......

Man all this talk of bikes and quality wind is killing me. Starting a new job next month though which should free up some time and money for some serious kiting, its been too long since i had a decent session. On the downside i have to work with Mark (fart Boy) again.
