No board action for me this weekend. Did my back in at the gym on tuesday morning.

I always use the hammer leg press, but wasnt seated back properly, pushed up 150kg and immediately felt my lower back pop.

Not too bad while I am sat down, but as soon as I stand up its really painful, so am hobbling around the office like an OAP.

watching and waiting in anticipation although i expect it just to be a covering as usual!!

delivery driver told me south of aber had a bit of snow already. i think it may arrive on sunday, which will be too late.
we shall see tomorrow.
