Thinking of heading out - can anyone advise me on 2 questions:

How's the wind at that time of year? - reliable, crap, or too manic for a (barely) intermediate)? I'm not sure I'm up to 5 days of F7 yet...

I have a 16m Torch and 12m Aero - do I need to invest in a 9m for Tarifa? I weigh 78kg...
