WE 16th June - Anyone got a decent forecast yet?

At last I have a weekend free after what seems an eternity.

Kiting is what I want to do and in bestest West Wales. But yet again the forecast seems to be against me.

Anyone around if things improve?

I should be turning up to borth/dovey this weekend. It is looking, from what I can see being a SW-W, but can't work out whether it is going to be strong or not!

Just picked myself up a shiny new GK sonic 2007 and can't wait to take that bad boy out on the water!

Thanks! I had to persuade Dave to stand there and hold the kite up for me! I'm dead excited to get out and fly it as I've been waiting about 4 weeks for the kite to turn up

Lagoon fight with the boardwise people

Current forecast doesn't look promising though unless someone has some other info. Hope I'm wrong.

Luckily the pole surfers, (sorry Al), cant sail in the lagoon, not usually any way due to the shallowness.

My weekend certainly went t**s up. Didn't even make it out of England. Depressed is not the word.

I did manage a light wind session on Saturday PM though. Not much to shout about

Wind was, to be fair, rubbish.

It kept threatening to pick up, so out people went on to the water and it just did nothing! However the weather was nice otherwise.

Sounds similar. We did get a half hour where everything clicked - made the afternoon worthwhile.

I did some landboarding Saturday morning with my sonic but nothing outstanding. Sunny though and got to spend the weekend with my son who came with me.
