Well seing as Neil hasn't posted as yet, thought it was time, being Monday n all that we aught to be thinkin bout the weekend.
At the moment its lookin like its goin to be southeasterly swinging easterly as the weekend progresses. So anyone fancy Blackrock? Is
it open to us lot yet??
You were up that way last weekend Col, any restrictions on where you could sail?
Hi John
Didn't see Col but I was there on Sunday. Good sesh plenty of wind. No one else out on the water but plenty of kites on the beach - I
think there is a designated launch and land area sort of left of the far right carpark somewhere, if that makes any sense!!
Cheers
- how is Sal by the way?
Tim
i wasn't actually there tim only in spirit, the boys from pks were there and raving about the windy stuff
hi Jon you're right about the wind direcion although it is maybe early, black rock maybe loooking the better of the places , however if it really swings easterly was thinking that blackrock can be really gusty coming over the hills.keep in touch
Thought I saw a strange ghostly spirit out back Col, must have been you!
Sal Jnr has pulled through, thanks for askin Tim. As for the wind, it's now looking decidedly dodgy inwhich case there maybe a chance that i'll be sanding the floor in my attic room
Fingers crossed that it will pick up for the weekend
watch out!!!!!!!!! the wind looking easterly both saturday and sunday on windfinder............does us think that itcould be battering down the estuary and is the borth side the better place to be? answers please.
Got to leave you guy's to it this weekend as I have to lay some slabs, which should earn me some points for the following weekend.
Mark
Hhhhhmmmmm. What will happen?????
Think your probably right Niel, just that the estury will be overflowing with windsurfers if the last Boardwise demo is anything to go by.
Except the Boardwise Demo is in Aberdovey this year.
Al.
never fear Jon we will just have to jump over them
Lets just hope the traditional board wise demo weekend howling wind kicks in hey!!! Cos it aint looking good at the moment.
There'l be some howling Eaterleys down the Dyfi valley.
Fingers crosses
easterly looking good for sunday any one about,,trusty rusty my VW needs a run
probly be down sat evening for sunday. Low tide at 9 or 10 sun AM, but neaps, so shouldn't have to wait too long for some water. Just
have to hope the Borth effect works its magic on the 4cast 10 knots!
So Col, as you're too old - or was it too injured? to fly - you gonna be a kite bitch
both days now looking good for the estuary with the borth effect kicking in as usual according to Al.
will be staying in the estuary tonight and saturday.
