Im thinking about moving to Newcastle and have been looking for kiting locations in the area. I cant find anything.

Surely there has to be some decent kitesurf beaches along the North East Coast.

Is there anywhere close to Newcastle city centre that I can drive to in the evenings after work????

Try Southshields beach, quite a long stretch of sandy beach at the mouth of the river Tyne. Probably 1/2 hour drive from the centre of newcastle.

There are loads dude!!!!

Non are well advertised but try looking a little further north towards Bambrough for a sweet selection of quiet spots. To the south you've got some crackers too, big wide open spaces.

Seek and ye shall find.....
