here is a pic of Big Sal and some of the massif; Daz's combi and Andy's tranni..........................hav'nt seen it in cross dressing yet!
the dark line is where the tide came up to after i got sal out from the sea!

chris - 15-1-2006 at 22:08

Neil your a lucky man. in that the van looks the business and when i was with will in my van the water came up and i got well and truly stuck. had to watch as the water came up to the sills and then a large tractor had to pull me out. he charged a tenner which was lucky because the local farmer charges £100!!!
so be careful a small change in the tide and the beach disappears.

see you soon

mNeil - 16-1-2006 at 11:18

Chris you are surely correct on that score. saturday evening the tide didnt come up that far ; most probably it was the wind blowing it in just that few mtrs futher on sunday morning.
have decided to equip the van with some form of escape kit in the garage , shovel and some form of grip structures; i think fiamma do some plastic tracks to help grip.
i was lucky as Sal has got traction control and re-disstributed the traction between the back wheels as they spun.

chris - 16-1-2006 at 13:53

yep i cant say the nugget has traction control. you can get plastic mats. lots in france.

gonna keep snow chains in the back.

carlessd - 16-1-2006 at 17:58

yep. you can also get plastic mats out of my van a neil
